We use three shipping categories:

• US First Class Mail. Ships using USPS First Class mail (13 ounces or under) or Priority Mail to destinations within the United States. Typically delivery time is 2 days.
• Foreign Surface Mail. For non-US destinations. Ships using Book Surface Mail for shipments of 4 pounds and under to Canada and 11 pounds and under for other countries. Shipments weighing above those limits are shipped using Surface Parcel Post. Delivery times vary widely depending on destination country and can take up to 3 months.
• Foreign Air Mail. For non-US destinations. Ships using Air Parcel Post. We cannot quote delivery times, as they vary widely depending on destination country. However, our experience is that Foreign Air Mail is much faster than Foreign Surface Mail.

Report shortages or non-receipt within 30 days of the shipping/invoice date for domestic shipments and 60 days for foreign shipments. Products damaged in transit are not the responsibility of the publisher. Please make claim to the carrier.
